Commissioned Themed Pop-up Birthday Card

Recently had the pleasure of creating a themed birthday card commissioned piece requested by a client who wanted the card to be based on the video game series, "Animal Crossing". I came up with the idea of re-enacting a screenshot of the "Animal Crossing" characters of client and the intended recipient in the form of a pop-up card with the speech bubble containing client's personal customised birthday message. I also came up with the "Hello Kitty" theme cover art for the birthday card as the intended recipient is a huge fan of "Hello Kitty". Client also requested for the card to be accompanied with an arrangement of flowers that I'd prepared and arranged using recycled materials as seen in the animated video below.
